Find your path to vitality, strength, and healing through the fluid combination of massage and pilates.
“The gentle complexity of the human body amazes me.
I am in awe each time I encounter a new understanding of how the body compensates, releases, and heals.”

About Colleen
My passion for movement and bodywork sprung from an active childhood and deepened in my years as a professional dancer. I was introduced to Pilates at a young age to complement my dance training.
As a lifelong learner, I’ve maintained a ravenous appetite for learning and applying new modalities to build strength and promote healing for both my clients and myself. I earned my B.S. in Exercise in 2005 from Portland State University. In 2006 and I became a Spinal Cord Recovery Specialist through Project Walk and completed my comprehensive Pilates Certification from PhysicalMind. In 2010 I became a licensed massage therapist (LMT) after attending East West College in Portland, OR.
Maintaining a foundation of movement and self care has allowed me to find balance in each season of life - from my time as a professional dancer into my 30’s, to giving birth and raising two children, to most recently recovering from a double mastectomy.
Outside of work you'll find me dancing, biking, hiking, and adventuring with my family throughout the Northwest wonderland. You might also find me gardening, cooking yummy food, or relaxing with a good book, movie or puzzle.
